Gah Firefox…
Okay so, I’m just annoyed with firefox, bare with me briefly, because (and Keenan can vouch for me) certain fonts on websites are showing up as gibberish. But only in sections. Titles of things, mostly. Whatever.
In other news, I was thinking about trying out this program called DestroyTwitter, cuz it looks pretty lightweight, and I like the sound of that being that I use Windows and there’s just never enough RAM for smooth sailin - But anyway, check out the feed on THIS PAGE on the lower right side. It’s a simple API call to pull in mentionings of DestroyTwitter - surely, the developer anticipated positive feedback but it backfired pretty harshly. Aside from the one in spanish, which could be negative for all I know, there are only disappointed remarks. Funny right? Ha…
In other news, I’m now running (contentedly) a Lenovo box which my parents graciously purchased for me on Christmas at an outlet at a truly outrageous discount. If you think Dell’s the only thing in your budget, do a little digging because this thing was literally 1K off the advertised price and it’s ripe with quality. If you’re curious, it’s the T500 with some added features - monster laptop. Very happy with it.
Also, happy new year. 2010’s a nice, even number. I like it.
